Privacy Policy

RS Photography (UEN 53232305W) respects your personal data and handles it in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This policy covers the private photo and video galleries we deliver through this gallery site (rsgallery.rsphotographysg.com), which is hosted by Pixieset. Our main website policy is at rsphotographysg.com/privacy.

1. WHAT WE COLLECT

(a) Gallery access details: the email address you enter to open or download a gallery, and the gallery you accessed.

(b) Photographs and videos: images of event attendees, delivered privately to the client who engaged us.

(c) Technical data: Pixieset records basic visit data such as browser type, device and pages viewed, and sets cookies needed for the gallery to work. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell data.

2. HOW WE USE IT

To deliver photographs and videos to the client who engaged us, to let authorised people download them, to provide print or download services where enabled, and to keep basic business records required by law. We do not send marketing messages without consent.

3. EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY AND PDPA

When we photograph or film an event, the event organiser is responsible for informing attendees that photography is taking place. Galleries are shared privately with the client through secure links. If you appear in a photograph and would like it removed from a gallery or from any public showcase, write to us and we will action it promptly.

4. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Delivered galleries stay online for 30 days from the date we send the link, so your team has a clear window to download everything. After that the gallery is taken offline. Access records are kept only as long as needed to handle the delivery and to meet our business and tax record-keeping obligations. You may ask us in writing to delete your personal data at any time, and we will do so unless we are required by law to retain it.

5. WHERE YOUR DATA IS STORED

Pixieset, which hosts these galleries, processes data outside Singapore. Under the PDPA's Transfer Limitation Obligation we take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that data transferred overseas is given a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA. We do not transfer personal data to any other overseas party.

6. ACCESS, CORRECTION AND WITHDRAWAL

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent for its use, by writing to info@rsphotographysg.com. We respond within one business day.

7. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

If we become aware of a data breach, we will assess it promptly. Where it is likely to result in significant harm to affected individuals, or is of a significant scale, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and the affected individuals as required under the PDPA.
